Rebalances the modules to fix problems with vanilla module settings.

In vanilla, you start out wanting to use only efficiency 1 or 2. You might stack productivity on expensive intermediates like processing units or high tech science. But without beacons you pretty much only use efficiency. Then with beacons you pretty much do productivity in the machine and speed in the beacons. Efficiency 3 is pretty much totally useless, and speed and productivity 1 are also essentially useless.

In this mod, all modules are useful at all levels, and in any combination. All of the vanilla combinations you know and love still work, though in some cases they may be slightly weaker or stronger. But now you can play with new combinations. Speed modules have had their energy cost decreased especially at the low end, with the first module not reducing energy efficiency at all. Efficiency module 2 is increased a bit and 3 is increased a lot. Efficiency 3 is overkill when using it by itself, and adequate for counteracting the energy cost increases from speed or productivity modules. Productivity modules have increased productivity at the low end and their pollution factor has been removed (they still cause increased pollution based on energy cost), but their speed penalty has been increased. They primarily give better resource efficiency at the cost of lower throughput rate, and combine well with speed modules if you can stand the energy cost.

The following details are out of date:

If you use one of each module at level 1, you get +15% speed, +5% energy, +6% productivity, +21.9% throughput, +16.1% energy efficiency.
If you use one of each module at level 2, you get +25% speed, +20% energy, +8% productivity, +35% throughput, +12.5% energy efficiency.
If you use one of each module at level 3, you get +35% speed, +20% energy, +10% productivity, +48.5% throughput, +23.75% energy efficiency.
