Will this mod be updated to Factorio 2.0?

Theoretically it is possible to do this. But this mod depends on Krastorio 2. And Krastorio 2 does not work with Factorio 2.0

Hey Krastorio Works now with Space age have you got any updates. I and a friend added a custom locomotive the 1144 from the Austrian railway maybe you want to add that i will give you the Blender stuff.

Unfortunately, I can't do it. I've already tried to revive this mod. But everything turned out to be too complicated.

This mod used quite specific solutions that don't work well with the latest version of the game and require much more in-depth reworking of the scripts.

So all that's left is hope that someone will appear who has the desire and sufficient competence to do it.
