Things changed by this mod:
- Lowered max speed (around 130 Km/h, the speed of a typical diesel locomotive)
- Increased weight
- Lowered braking force
- Lowered air resistance/friction

I've made these changes with short track length of Factorio in mind, so it is hopefully not too realistic (you don't need 3 Km to brake from 130 Km/h).
