Hi, I'm getting this message when adding your library RailTanker_1.4.0.zip to the mods folder.

I'm running on Win 10 64bit, Nvidia 1060 (I've heard there have been some issues with series 10 nvidia drivers).

Is this something fixable or is there another mod that may be messing with it.

That looks more like a problem with the WaiTex mod
