Could you make the Alerts tab a bit more useful? Right now, it only tells me that there's no provider for an item. I'd love to see how long a request has been waiting to be fulfilled.

The alerts are great for what is broken. In the most recent order. Try looking at the stations tab. Stations I believe has a column which shows how long something has been starved. That may be what you are looking for. It will say starved (7:04) in amber which shows how long something has been starved for. You can sort that column too.
I am not at my computer (check the delivery tab also), I could be wrong on the tab name
