this mod is fix for my MP game, so some changes can be bad for others

all SpaceX recipes now use Xander parts (like brushless motor instead of brushed motor)
and xanders rocket parts now also in new tab
added new ftl sattelite and science pack from Improved SpaceX FTL research because it doesn't work with research cause evolution mod
