Ropes aren't made of coal. I could see one being made out of plastic though, especially one that breaks so quickly.

This mod edits Grappling Gun to use plastic instead of coal for the ammo, and tweaks the research to match. Good for if you want to grapple around on Fulgora without importing coal.
