Makes managing personal logistic requests fast and easier. Instead of opening menus and typing numbers, you can just hover over any item, whether it's in your inventory or placed directly in the world and scroll to instantly adjust how many you're requesting in your top-most logistic group.

Controls:

• Ctrl + Scroll: Increase or decrease the requested amount of the hovered item, building, etc.
• Ctrl + Alt + Scroll: Change step size (scales smoothly like 1, 2, 5, 10, 50, etc.)
• Ctrl + Alt + Middle Click: Reset the step size back to 1.
• Ctrl + Alt + Left Click: Automatically request all the ingredients needed to craft the hovered item (scales based on step size)
