Just adds new recipe for holmium plate, which requires 2x holmium ore and 20 holmium solution and takes 10 s to craft. Allows you to turn quality holmium ore to quality holmium plates. Since recipes with quality ignore liquids, plate has quality of used ore. This is secondary recipe for a holmium plate, vanilla recipe is also available.

I am not a programmer (or even close) and this is absolute pinnacle of what I am able to do. I am not able to provide any real support. I cant guarantee it wont break anything, but it is so simple it probably shouldnt. I upload It mostly for me and my kids, so our mods can sync.
