Uses the fluids from 'Pressurized fluids' and creates barrels recipes for them.

Did you ask the owner of "intermediate-bulk-containers" to support fluids from "https://mods.factorio.com/mod/CompressedFluids" ?
I can probably do it, but it will duplicate alot of what they have already done.
