As others have mentioned, they're not great looking, could you also make underground power? so it still powers the square but it's invisible and other floors can be placed on top?
The way I've written it, I think that'd be more difficult. If you'd like to propose different sprites, I'd consider replacing mine with yours, or adding yours.
