Crafting the reactor requires 10 copper plates, 20 advanced circuits, 10 low density structure, and 1 uranium-235.
The reactor takes up 2x2 grid squares and outputs 150 kW. This gives it a power density of 37.5 kW per square, placing it between solar panels (30 kW per square during daylight) and the fusion reactor (46.88 kW per square).
The reactor doesn't consume fuel or run out, because the 1 uranium-235 needed to craft the reactor could have produced 80 GJ of power cells, which could power the reactor for almost 150 hours, which is close enough to unlimited.
