Both recipes need research
I think making the standard one shouldn't and only the refillable ones should. This would allow a starting game turret whilst making the research still relevant. I have a crazy mod pack and it needs a none-research turret that this would do nicely as most other mods simply add too many things I already have and don't want. This mod is quick, simple, effective, but with both recipes still locked behind turret research, makes it pointless at the start :(
