Adds options to allow you to set your own colour for polluted water.
Values are specified in RGB colour from 0-255. The default values are shown in the tooltips.

From left to right, the example images are: pollution disabled, default colours, and custom colours (red 79, green 69 and blue 47 for water and red 64, green 57 and blue 45 for deep water). All images show the water pollution effect at highest level.

The custom colour will also be applied to green water and green deep water by default, this can be disabled by unchecking the Recolor green water option.

The Disable pollution color setting will, as the name suggests, disable the visual effect of pollution on water. It will not remove the pollution that causes the effect.
