Adds options to allow you to set your own colour for polluted water.

From left to right, the example images are: pollution disabled, default colours, and custom colours (red 79, green 69 and blue 47 for water and red 64, green 57 and blue 45 for deep water). All images show the water pollution effect at highest level.

Settings

• Disable pollution colour: disables the pollution colour effect on water. Does not disable other pollution effects, such as killing trees.
• Recolour green water (enabled by default): apply custom/disabled pollution colour to green water as well. Enabling this at the same time as Disable pollution colour will make green water look like normal (blue) water.
• Water pollution colour: colour picker for water pollution effect
• Deep water pollution colour: colour picker for deep water pollution effect
