so i just need to have a bunch of landfill available in a logistics network? do I need to have free robots to transfer it anywhere? what is the lower limit of landfill to 'activate' the god? there isn't enough information for how the mod works, I'm confused. can I use it in the early game?

20k landfill makes the event possible
The event consumes 15% of landfill per trigger
Event happens once every hour (60 minutes of /played)
