I am puzzled what is the purpose of a personal roboport without range? It will not do anything will it? Or do you mean infinite range?
No, it was an Request by the Streamer and Expert Gamer DutchJer ^^ Thats why this MOD exist.
To anyone still reading/wondering: It increases the maximum robot count without increasing the coverage area, so robots operate closer to the player.
