So I hit F5 and found that this mod was consuming 8 UPS just by itself. If I removed all of the modules from my armor it still used about 3.

I liked the idea of this mod, but the performance impact is significant. I had to disable it.

I went from 47 UPS to about 88.

Same here. Something has to be done with CPU consumption.
