Makes personal laser defense functionally identical to a real laser turret (should become stronger with upgrades).

Will there be a .14 or .15 version of the mod? it sounds like it is extremely useful (and should already be in the game).
currently testing to see if it will work with me just changing the factorio version in info.json
After a minute of testing, it seems to work fine.
Sorry about not updating for forever, I didn't think anyone was actually using the mod. There will not likely be a 0.15 version, since 0.15 buffed the Personal Laser Defense to insane levels anyway.
