Time Control + Alert Response

Disclaimer: This mod was thrown together very quickly for personal use, so it's not heavily tested and may contain bugs. Use at your own risk!

What It Does

• Allows you to speed up or slow down game time at will.
• Includes basic alert detection — for example, the mod can automatically revert to normal speed after 3 buildings are destroyed, to help you react in time.

A Note From the Dev

I made this mod mainly for myself, and it's not polished. I probably won't have time to implement community suggestions or fix reported bugs (sorry!).

If I ever find a free moment, I might throw the absolutely disgusting source code on GitHub for the brave souls out there.
