Drag-holding paste automatically includes whatever signals are currently on the pole. New CCs * -1 + Old CCs update the pole with whatever is not in the New CCs. This can go over an individual CC's signal capacity. The "any" wildcard can output one signal at a time to put everything in separate CCs.
