This mod buffs some imho overcosted recipes, currently makes all vat brains brain cost from 15 to 5, and landfill cost x6 times cheaper, also make some buffs for ammo recipes

I submit it rather for personal use, didn't see currently any other tweaks to do.
Maybe move military stuff earlier in tech tree, but im already almost on chemical science, so its no point for me atm.
