This mod buffs some imho overcosted recipes, currently makes all vat brains brain cost from 15 to 5, and landfill cost x6 times cheaper, also make some buffs for ammo recipes

Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
I make this changes mostly for personal preferences, I go blind in modpack and my water setting are way off for a default landfill cost.
Vatbrains are also overcosted imho, In my current base i will need to put about 250 auogs paddocs with 300 slaughterhouses just for brains. Its much bigger than my any other current build so I found it sensible to reduce it by 2/3.
