b [fixed] URQ and Teleporter

I have encountered this bug: https://imgur.com/GkpH8yA
It seems conflicted with Ultimae Research Queue. It didn't conflict when I started the game, instead it happened when I load my saved file.

I also found that teleporters form Teleporter mod is considered land mine, thus be removed: https://imgur.com/edohruH
All entities and teleporter recipe are gone, but the text above entities remain intact.
Stargates still there and functional, entities are not affected, though I don't know which one stargate sensor is.

URQ, Teleporters, and stargate are fixed now with version 0.1.11
