g Cellulose bioplastic recipe

Hey, Bio_industries has a cellulose -> plastic recipe which is way too easy. Maybe you could look at engineering a real bioplastic recipe? Something like:

A recipe for PLA bioplastics
Take some corn kernels (lots of them).
Process and mill them to extract the dextrose (a type of sugar) from their starch.
Use fermenting vats to turn the dextrose into lactic acid.
In a chemical plant, convert the lactic acid into lactide.
Polymerize the lactide to make long-chain molecules of polylactide acid (PLA).

or

Cellophane and rayon are both classified as regenerated cellulose fibres, as they are structurally identical to cellulose. They are produced similarly: cellulose is dissolved in alkali solution and extruded through a slit into a bath of sulphuric acid to make cellophane film, or through a spinneret to make rayon fibre. Celluloid is created by first producing nitrocellulose (cellulose nitrate) and then adding camphor, a widely used plasticiser, to produce a dense, solid thermoplastic that can be easily moulded when heated.

Maybe you could also take a look at the Bio Fuel fuel conversion and the vanilla coal liquefaction recipes while you're at it? coal liquefaction should probably be disabled since we already have fischer-tropsh, bergius, and gasification
