This mod changes the fluid wagon capabilities back to before 0.16.8

Before 0.16.8: (this is what the mod will set it to)
Capacity: 75000
Weight: 3000
Recipe: 3 Fluid-Tanks (plus steel, gears, etc)

As of 0.16.8:
Capacity: 25000
Weight: 1000
Recipe: 1 Fluid-Tank (plus steel, gears, etc)
