Overhauls ore gen to increase density at larger distances, but forces some resources to only generate further out. Fully configurable.

THe pre set for Crude oil is 2 with the changes for fluids in 0.15 should it not be 100 times higher? 20??? I have not found the setup file in the instalation to make the changes my self.
200 should it be. a fresh oil pach gives now 0.2 oil/s should be 20oil/s
