if you have bobwarfare rebalancing mod, ion cannon can never be researched, becouse the tech tree places it bellow an infinite tech, therefor you can never get pass that

Is there a command to give you the finished research?
Enable the console /c game.player.force.recipes["orbital-ion-cannon"].enabled=true /c game.player.force.recipes["ion-cannon-targeter"].enabled=true
Don't forget the cheat will not activate on the first use, the game will tell you, you are cheating and ask you to enter the command line again.
