This mod removes the ability to place buildings by hand BUT you can use robots in the start to do so and it adds more upgrades to robots.

Today, I've found that I'm unable to place green or red wire on anything and I know the bots can only do it if its in a blueprint already.
I am so sorry that I did not address this issue 3 months ago. I have just been busy and not paying attention to Factorio. Thank you so much for reporting these bugs. You have been a big help.
