Re-enables Angels' Ores even when OmniMatter is installed. This will also re-enable Clowns Extended Minerals if available. There is now a setting to enable bob's/vanilla.

Right now, there are multiplier settings for Omnite, Angels/Clowns, and Bobs/vanilla. These, however, have no effect because RSO controls ore generation. The settings will remain so RSO can take advantage of them if/when Orzelek would like to take advantage of them.

Why?
Because I wanted to see if it worked. And because Omni is doing so much more than just spawning ores; an infusion of other ores now and then might be nice to have.

- Created an RSO config, but it's in the wrong mod to be of use!
- Misc fixes

Todo:
- Possibly open it up for other mods/ores, but that (and this) really should be an RSO thing
- Mod mod, but this is a surprise!
