Stat of new drill:
- mining area of 13x13 tiles (+4 tiles from the drill edge)
- Harvests 2.5/s compared to 0.5/s of the electric mining drill
- 4 module slots
- a special unique property, the reduction in resource drain by 50%. This new stat means the resource underneath only gets its richness depleted half of the time.
The 4 module slots and "resource drain" could be propagated to Omega Drill.
If "resource drain" is not existed feature, than it can be replaced with built-in productivity bonus.
