So, if I swim out to the oil spouts, I can't place an OceanLiner specific PumpJack (Or the vanilla one but that's no surprise)
Do I need a boat for that? I can build other things in the water (Belts, Pipes, etc.) so I didn't figure I'd need a boat.
Ah, some collision changes that I made to pumpjacks caused this. Have just fixed it in the next release. I'll try to get it out today. Sorry for the slow reply!
