I've not tried the mod but as the screenshot suggest, your power pole seems to add grass when placed, could you make it to not need to put that, and to make it relevant, putting a stone wall as the base of the power pole.
They don't actually add grass. They are placed in water and require/make no grass.
The reason it looks like that in the screenshot is because the screenshot was taken before the mod had power poles.
