This mod appears to remove the 'logistic-brain-1' and 'logistic-tool-1' items, which are needed for logistics bots. 'logistic-motor-1' is available, and is used in science.
Nevermind I figured it out. I was removing the requester chest from the first technology in the wrong way. So that the extra parts, if they were enabled were removed
