besides ammo, you are supposed to use it in a reactor with a fuel cell to make plutonium(fast breeder reaction), with normal uranium + plutonium you make fuel cells. You also use spent nuclear fuel to make uranium + plutonium (Nuclear reprocessing) This I am having trouble balancing.
Right now I have 2 fast breeder reactors, a yellow factory doing the nuclear reprocessing and 2 yellow factory making fuel cells with plutonium..
the problem is I am running short on fuel cells..
