i having the trees continue to grow at a pretty decent speed (my game is at 12800%faster) and so, what is the most minimalist settings, cause i'm not to well with understanding the settings (cause er, i'm unsure)

You can tweak a very large amount of things but if your speed is simply 128 times faster than you could do the following:

Set Ticks between operations to 3600 (which is 60 times slower than normal).
Set Trees to grow per chunk percentage to 0.0025 (Which is half of the default setting).

This two combined should roughly make it 120 times slower. However this may be too slow for you so just try out some things ;)
