Allows you to "Swim" through water.

Transportation of the player, be it vehicles or teleporters.
With the default settings, the bitters will also pass through water without any hesitation, thus destroying ALL of my bases.
I thought only the character can "swim", not bitters.
Biters are intended to swim too.
Now you can swim through water ... but beware ... so can they!
Is what the main page states. "they" refers to the biters.
