Tweaks the speed of VortiKs deep core mining machines. This by default reduces the speed to 1/5th of the normal speed since I feel this is a more balanced rate.

Hi,
according to your info page, "this mod allows you to tweak the speed of the deep core mining machines from [VortiK' Deep core mining]." Did you actually use his code, so this Tweak mod is independent? Or should your mod add his as a hard dependency?
I don't use his code and this mod does not crash if you don't have deep core mining installed. So therefor it is a soft dependency even-though it makes no sense that you'd install this one and not deep core mining.
Well, the "do you use his code" part was more of a rhetorical question. But if it doesn't make sense to use your mod without his, I feel that would justify a hard dependency. :-)
I'm not going to add a hard dependency since this mod also works with forks of the deep core mining mod and I'm not going to add restrictions when they are not necessary.
