b No Generated Bases

I didn't notice right away, having upgraded from 1.0 world, but we don't appear to be generating new bases. I've tired to see if it's a mod conflict, considering I was running Bob's Enemies, RSO, and just a lot of things in general. But it appears this mod just stops putting enemies in newly generated chunks. Now if your world already has them, they can go make like bases of their type, but otherwise only Bob's Enemies and normal bases seem to spawn. I believe I'll be switching to Rampant's new enemies, as that has actually come along pretty well. But I felt this should be known for others wanting to use this mod, that has been fairly good in the past.
