I did not touch the default value of 64.
When I open the console I see the previous messages and they are:
Now is summer Now is fall Now is winter Now is summer
If you change something then it will be again summer. But I will test the issue tomorrow.
What do you mean with "something"? Maybe I have updated mods, idk. But I haven't touched the settings of your mod.

It the next version I will to add special reset button to start the year from sommer again.
