I liked the idea of air purifiers, but didn't like how you could delete your entire pollution cloud with only like, 10 of them so I made this.

Reduces the pollution absorbtion of krastorio air purifiers from -75/m to -10/m.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
