There's a significant bug with your mod and I've confirmed it to be your mod. When it's installed and active when saving and closing a multiplayer game with items in the inventory and then restarting that same save the inventory is wiped and reset to the starting items every single time. Upon removing your mod this no longer happens and the inventory is restored with the previous items.

This also seems to happen in single player. It overwrites all other inventories and removes the crash site.
