Unfortunately, my programming skills are not enough to add settings. Therefore, I cannot do it myself.

But you can comment out or delete individual elements in the data.lua, data-updates.lua and data-final-fixes.lua files. There are quite simple scripts there.

The Shotgun Turret opens at the same time as the Machine Gun Turret

As for Armored Train (Turret Wagons), it's hard to say yet. I messed around with it a couple of years ago... It's very complicated and buggy.

I'm currently reviving and adapting a few more of my mods and forks. So if I do get around to it, it'll be later.
