A few cahnges to make the start of the new Seablock a little faster. Settings options to enable robot start and increase starting supplies by a factor of X. Also fixed broken wood processign tech at the beginng to unlock after crafting 50 wood. Increased yeild of landfill recipes and initial mineralized water -> basic ore recipes.
