Adds artillery shells with mustard gas.

I 've tried these shells and noticed no difference to standard arty shells, so obviously it doesn't pay. I had expected that mustard gas also kills moving units which are a big problem when using artillery.
Well, if you don't see the yellow gas cloud when the shells explode something is wrong...
The gas cloud should kill all units, that is you, biters and worms.
