Hi Ramonchik, which Factorio version do you use?
The light effects depicted in the screenshots are only available in you use this mod in Factorio 0.18.x.
If you‘re still on 0.17, then you‘d need to switch to the experimental version first.
PS: The mod spotlight video is already two years old ;)
