I will make an updated balance mod which will likely include several of these elements but for now, do not consider this the current state-of-affairs. I will also likely split my balance mods into several mods based on what aspect of the game they affect and deprecate this mod.
-Increases gun-turret range to 22
-Decreases laser-turret range to 20
-Gives Flamethrower turrets perfect aim
-The stream from Flamethrower turrets and handheld flamethrower no longer deals contact damage (only applies "on-fire" and creates/enhances ground-fire)
-Increases Flamethrower turret liquid consumption to 7.5/s
-Flamethrower ammo costs half the liquid
-"On-fire" damage to 52/s (almost halved)
-"On-fire" duration to 7.5s
-Ground-fire base damage to 26/s (doubled)
-Ground-fire base and max duration to 15s
-It takes two seconds firing at the same spot to reach maximum damage multiplier for ground-fire
-Ground-fire damage decays much more slowly
-All cannon shell types' range increased to 60
-Tank weight reduced by a factor of 10 (now 2000kg)
-Tank friction increased to keep maximum velocity similar (the tank just accelerates and decelerates much faster and deals less impact damage)
-Tank rotation speed improved to 0.006 (a bit less than double)
-PLD energy consumption doubled
