When in a sandbox provided by the mod blueprint sandboxes and while drills are on a coal patch, the module inserter completely ignores the electric drills, even when all ores for the electric drill are specified to the same thing. Expected result is the modules are automatically inserted with the specified ones in the electric drills that are on coal ore after applying the changes. My guess is the module inserter planner isn't recognizing the drills as being on coal.
