Adds versions of oil processing and chemical plant recipes with mirrored inputs and/or outputs, with an option to show fluid input/output positions on recipe icons.

Currently this supports any recipes in the oil-processing and chemistry categories, if you would like support added for another mod make a discussion topic and I will have a look.
