When the mining depot is placed with the mining area being in the south, the trucks are drawn under the concrete foundation of the building.

Hi! Yeah, I also mentioned this issue. It's technically possible to fix requiring some time on it. However, this mod is very low-priority for me, I spend my free time on other ones. If I'll get donations asking for this or just see high popularity of the mod, this could motivate to solve the problem :) And of course, I'm open to accept other's code fixing.
